A man was killed and two others were wounded in a shooting on the outskirts of Scottsfield on Wednesday, police said.
Police said a shooting was reported just before 3 p.m. in the 1700 block of Pancho Village Drive.
The shooting was not related to a domestic dispute.
Police said a 22-year-old man was shot in the abdomen and was taken to the hospital.
Police later identified the victim as Daniel G. Clements, Jr., of Scottyville, Ariz.
The medical examiner’s office later determined his death as a homicide.
A 20-year old woman was shot and taken to a hospital.
She was in stable condition.
The woman was identified by the medical examiner as a 17-year, white female, who was shot multiple times.
The woman was transported to a local hospital for treatment of non-life threatening injuries.
Police did not release any other details about the incident.
