The FA Cup quarter-final against Chelsea at Stamford Bridge saw Chelsea claim a 2-0 victory after a dramatic first half.
The home side had started brightly but Chelsea dominated possession, with Eden Hazard setting up the opener and the hosts dominating possession on their own.
The game was level at half-time when substitute Alex Pritchard made it 3-1 but Chelsea had already taken a commanding lead before substitute John Terry added an eighth in the second half.
A late goal by Juan Mata and a penalty by the hosts were enough to secure the draw.
Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho has been delighted with his side’s performance, and the Blues are unbeaten in their last four FA Cup games.
Chelsea’s second leg match against Manchester City in the semi-final will be shown on Saturday.
