Palm Springs, California — In a deal that’s sure to please everyone, Palm Springs has just announced that it’s about to sell four villas worth $200 million for $3.8 million.
The sale will bring the total value of the villas in the Palm Springs area to more than $7.3 million.
The five-bedroom, four-bath home was built in the late 19th century, and has a floor-to-ceiling glass-walled front entrance.
It sits on 3.6 acres of land that was originally used for the resort’s golf course.
The property includes two swimming pools and tennis courts, and is located on the same property as the resort hotel, which opened in 2016.
The villas are currently listed on the California Real Estate Board.
The homes have been on the market for several years, and the Palm Shores group has been selling them off for quite a while.
In fact, it was a year ago that the group announced it was selling the villa for $5 million.
